Winter (Dec–Mar)
Best time for kitchens, baths, basements and planning spring projects. Watch for ice dams and frozen pipes.
Spring (Apr–May)
Book exterior work early: roofs, siding, decks and additions fill the calendar fast once the frost is out.
Summer (Jun–Aug)
Peak season for additions, roofing, siding, porches and decks.
Fall (Sep–Nov)
Close up the house before snow: roof repairs, windows, doors, gutters and drain lines.
Heating or cooling part of the job?
Our sister company Y.Q HVAC Services (Unit 1, same building) installs and repairs heat pumps, furnaces, boilers and AC. On a remodel or addition, we coordinate both crews so you have one schedule.

Yes. When your town requires a permit, we handle the application and inspections with the local code office.
Can you do the plumbing and heating on my remodel?+
Plumbing and drains, yes — it's part of what we do. Heating and cooling are done by our sister company Y.Q HVAC Services, and we coordinate both on one schedule.
Do you speak Chinese or Spanish?+
Our website and booking are in English, Chinese and Spanish, and our assistant Amy can chat in all three.
