Common questions
Do I need a permit for an addition?+
Yes. Additions need a building permit from your town, and many towns also review setbacks and zoning. We handle the permit process with your code office.
Can you build in winter?+
Foundations are easier before the ground freezes, but framing and interior work continue through winter. We plan the schedule around the season.
Do you work with architects or my own plans?+
Yes. We can build from your plans or help you get simple plans drawn for the permit.
