Can you take out a wall?+
Often, yes. If it's load-bearing we size a beam, get the permit and support the structure properly.
Is my basement too damp to finish?+
We check for moisture first. Many basements can be finished once drainage and vapor control are handled — we'll tell you honestly if yours isn't ready.
